Hoopla Flex Borrows Now Available

It's your lucky day!
Bossard Memorial Library is excited to offer access to Hoopla Digital's Flex Library to our patrons.
Beginning on Wednesday, March 17, patrons will have three (3) Hoopla "flex" borrows that can be used at any time on available "flex" eBooks and digital audiobooks. "Flex" titles allow patrons to borrow new, popular, and high-demand eBooks and digital audiobooks.

Reading is Pawsitively Delightful (Adult Winter Reading Program)

Running from January 11, 2021 through April 11, 2021, "Reading is Pawsitively Delightful", the Adult Winter Reading Program, offers our adult patrons the opportunity to win prizes by reading or listening to their favorite books.

Get Crafty: Adult Take and Make Craft Kits Available

Our December Take and Make Craft is now available.

Stop by and pick up your three Christmas ornaments.

Fit & Fun: Gym Pass Lending Program

Starting December 1, Holzer Therapy and Wellness Center will join The Roots Sports and Fitness Center, Fit Culture, and The Warehouse Gym as participating facilities in the Fit and Fun Pass program. Click "Learn More" for more information regarding this new service that the Library is offering.

Library Operations update

Bossard Library's normal operating hours are Sunday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM; and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please click "Learn More" for more information regarding library hours and services.

Adult Coloring Returns in September

We are excited to announce that Color Me Happy, our adult coloring program, will be returning to the Library in September. Click "Learn more" for information regarding dates, times, and how to register.

Chalk This Way!

Calling all budding and would-be artists! From August 13 through August 21, families are encouraged to visit the Library and pick up their own "Chalk This Way" sidewalk chalk kit. Kits are limited to 1 per family, while supplies last. Use your imagination, be creative and create a chalk masterpiece. You are encouraged to send photos of your chalk art to Miss Rachael at rbarker@bossardlibrary.org for possible publication on the Library's Facebook page and website. Last day to submit your photos will be Tuesday, September 8.

Holiday Family Fun Kits Available

Bossard Library is pleased to provide library patrons with a Holiday Family Fun Kit, while supplies last.

Enjoy some family time this holiday season with a cookie decorating kit, gingerbread decorating kit, and other assorted family-fun holiday kits.

Beginning at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, adults may stop by the library and pick up a Holiday Family Fun Kit at the Circulation Desk.

Distribution of kits is random -- please do not ask for a specific kit.

In order to allow more families to obtain a Family Fun Kit, there is a limit of one (1) kit per household, please.
