Come wake-up with us in the morning with some stress-free Yoga!
NO Registration is required for the class. If this will be your first time attending the morning class, please come a few minutes early to fill out contact information and sign an exercise waiver.
This class will be led by Logan Black, a Certified Yoga instructor. Logan will introduce the basics of Yoga practice and the myriad benefits yoga can bring to your life.
You must be 16 years of age or older to attend the class. Those ages 16-18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian on file before attending the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel, and make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program or routine.
